I' am not exactly sure, I could be wrong but I believe I've seen the Master Shapeshifter talent misrepresented as increasing damage percent. Master Shapeshifter, for cat form druids increases critical percentage.

Since last patch our mangle debuff now last 1mins which mean you only have to refresh it once in a while, and that's only if you dont have a arms spec war or a feral tank in your group, so you can remove at least one point from imp mangle (some fight with lot of mouvement still benefit from imp mangle) and you remove 2 point from imp leader of the pack and you can then max out feral aggression. Survival instinct isn't really needed since you already have better survivability then the other melee but make sure you have the 30% movement speed talent as it greatly increase you dps in fight which require movement and also help to survive during fight who require you to get out of the way quick :)
This is what I aim for in my rotation:
-keep Savage Roar up 100%, when you have to refresh it do it when you have 4 or 5cp(dont wait for 5cp if you already have 4) also no matter if you have 1 or 5 cp if SR is less then 3-4sec refresh it ASAP.
-keep Mangle up if no Arm war or feral tank (just replace a shred by a mangle in your rotation once every mins)
-keep Rake up as much as possible but don't clip it
-keep a 5 cp Rip up as often as possible but don't clip it (make sure this one is 5cp before you do it)
-Shred to build up cp but if your Rake is less then 3 sec wait for it to fall and refresh Rake immediately after. (again avoid clipping Rake)
-if you have 4 or 5cp and more then 8sec on Rip and more the 12sec on SR use Ferocious Bite (same thing as with SR you dont have to wait for 5cp if you have 4cp to do it since 5point in feral aggression talent make it as strong as a 5cp one with only 1-2 point in FA.
-it's ok to wait a few sec just to make sur rip or rake are refresh as soon as they finish but make sure you dont let your energy reach 100, it's just wasted energy if it's not used.
Also to answer Hauraria question agi is better then str until you hit the soft crit cap (which is about 72.8% if you are hit and expertise cap). Even if you reach that cap you don't gem for agi since by the time you reach it you gear will be good enough so that you can gems with armor penetration in every slot.

Best trinkets for cat are Darkmoon Card: Death and Darkmoon Card: Greatness or Bandit's Insignia.
Best PvP cycle for cat:
1. Prowl
2. Pounce
3. Rake, then wait for 2 sec.
4. Berserk
5. Mangle 2x
6. Maim
7. Rake 2x
8. Mangle
9. Ferocious Bite

WARNING! Don't use Rip during a PvP, especially if you are not sure whether you will win or not. Ferocious Bite is much better than Rip as it deals extremely high critical damage instantly rather than taking risk with damage per second from Rip, the enemy may have killed you first before the duration finishes.

lol this spec is messed up, really, no berserk? lol u better quit playing cat and get something else, berserk is imba, u practicly RIP the boss in half with that thing when u have fs up, rip ( 4 set bonus from T10) and rip, and u start shreading, lol, i do like 18K crits with shread, and for 15 secs, i own everything, next, improoved leader of pack (/fail), survival instinct (/fail), feral charge? ( /epic fail), take this 4 points down and put 1 to berserk and 3 to feral instinct, and u own everything

From this website: I can't go click on the links because of the blocking here. So, I'm gonna' ask you about my rotation and the gear. I stack agility 9.3k AP 58% crit rating and my haste is 538(i think). My rotation is; mangle rake savage roar shred CP5 then rip and repeat. I hear rake before mangle is the best to go for. I used to not use it at all and I haven't tried out the rake before it. I will test it and tell you how it goes. Also, I've been hearing some feral dps using armor pen. I see it on the gear, so I didn't bother stacking it. ADVISE?

I'm hoping that the data collected for this spec is influenced by bear specs, although the imp. motw is still really questionable.

The points in imp mangle are pretty worthless. There's even an argument over at think tank that says imp. mangle doesn't belong in a bear spec either. (http://wowthinktank.blogspot.com/2009/01/druid-threat-value-of-improved-mangle.html) Either way, considering how infrequent mangle is in a cat rotation (except for fights like lologarn) The points could be much better spent in improving swipe for trash/AOE fights

There's a point in SURVIVAL INSTINCTS, but not BESERK. WTF? SI might have SOME utility in some weird situations (Ignis? maybe?) conversely, beserk should be used just about every time its off cd.

Two points from furor should definitely be in Imp. Motw. Powershifting days are over, and imp. motw should be in every druid spec ever now since it provides 2% to all attributes of the druid.

@Wes OOC is an amazing talent. Arguably better than beserk. There are many other places that point should come from for beserk.
