Tree Haste talent nerfed in 3.0.8

Phaelia at Resto4Life is reporting that the Gift of the Earthmother Druid talent now takes more Haste to reach the 1.0 Global Cooldown. She has all the mathz along with a very cool Haste buff calculator at her site.
