Blues respond to the Owlkin Frenzy nerf

Grey Matter looks into the blue dev response to the Owlkin Frenzy nerf on the PTR with Patch 3.1. Apparently it had to do with Moonkin standing in small fires to take minimal damage but proc this talent which gave them a big boost. GM has a few suggestions on the problems behind the proposed nerf.
