Latest Druid changes on the Patch 3.1 PTR

Lissanna at Restokin goes through the latest round of Druid changes on the Patch 3.1 PTR including a buff to Moonkin shifting and  nerfs to Cat DPS. She also mentions a new title that may be of interest to Moonkin Druids.
