Lissanna at Restokin has updated her dual speccing guide for Resto Tree Druids by listing recommended builds and glyphs for level 40 (when you can first dual spec), 50, 60, 70 & 79. She’s already covered Resto Tree Druid Healing builds, glyphs and strats at level 80.
